Cancellation & Refund Policy

We are committed to providing you with the best possible experience, and we appreciate your understanding of these policies.

Online Programs (Applicable to Masterclasses, Courses, Workshops, and Memberships)

1.1. Due to the digital nature of our programs, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed.

 

1.2. If you choose to cancel your membership, your access to all program materials, live sessions, and community resources will end immediately upon cancellation.


1.3. Please manage your participation and attendance in live sessions accordingly, as there will be no grace period for access after cancellation.

1.4. We reserve the right to revoke or suspend a user’s access to our programs at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, and with or without cause.


1.5. If your access is revoked for any reason, no refunds or prorated adjustments for previously paid fees will be issued.

Coaching Sessions

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1. To qualify for a make-up session or event, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. For details on make-up sessions, please refer to Section 2 below.

1.2. If a session is missed without providing at least 24 hours' notice (a "no-show"), the session will be considered forfeited and will not be rescheduled.

1.3. A maximum of two cancellations is allowed per set of four sessions. Any additional cancellations may be treated as forfeited sessions.

1.4. If you are aware of any dates when you or a team member cannot attend, please notify us at the time of booking or payment.

1.5. Refunds are not available for unused or cancelled sessions.

1.6. If you wish to take a break from sessions, unused sessions can be "banked" for up to three months. After this period, unused sessions will be forfeited.

1.7. If you decide to discontinue sessions, we kindly request two sessions' notice in advance.

 

 

2. Makeup Sessions

2.1. Sessions cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice are eligible for a make-up session at a mutually convenient time for both the teacher and the student.

2.2. Any make-up sessions must be used within three months from the cancellation date. Unused make-up sessions beyond this time will be forfeited.

 

 

3. Payment Policy

3.1. All fees are due in advance of the first session. For ongoing sessions, fees must be paid in full before the start of the next set of sessions.

3.2. If payment is not received before your first session, your session time will be made available to other clients.

 

3.3. No refunds will be issued for unused or cancelled sessions.

 

 

4. Holidays and Breaks

 

4.1. Exceptions to this policy will be made for recognized school breaks, Christmas, religious holidays, and bank holidays. Please notify us in advance if you need to miss a session due to these breaks.

 

 

5. When We Cancel

5.1. If we need to cancel a session, we will offer a make-up session at an alternative time. If a mutually convenient time cannot be arranged, the session will be skipped, and regular sessions will resume the following week.

5.2. In the event of a cancellation on our end, all payments will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the missed session.
