Cancellation & Refund Policy
We are committed to providing you with the best possible experience, and we appreciate your understanding of these policies.
Online Programs (including The Joyful Musician Academy)
1.1. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial purchase. If, within this period, you find that our program isn't the right fit for you, we'll provide a full refund, no questions asked.
1.2 Please note that due to the online nature of our program, we are unable to offer refunds after the initial 7-day period.
1.3. Once you cancel your membership, your access to the program will end immediately. Please plan your attendance to live Q&A sessions accordingly.
1.4. We reserve the right to cancel a user's membership at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. If a user's membership is canceled, the user will not be entitled to a refund of any fees already paid.
1. Cancellation Policy
1.1. Cancellation of a session/event must be made AT LEAST 24 hours prior to the scheduled time in order to receive a make-up session/event (for definition of a make-up session, please see below).
1.2. No shows or failure to notify the us within 24 hours is considered a forfeited session.
1.3. No more than 2 cancellations per set of 4 sessions.
1.4. If you know of dates ahead of time where you or a member of your team cannot make a session, please notify us when booking and/or paying for your sessions.
1.5. There are no refunds on unused or cancelled sessions.
1.6. Should you choose to take a break, unused sessions can be banked for you for a period of 3 months. Unused sessions after that time will be considered forfeited.
1.7. Should you decide to stop sessions, please give 2 sessions notice.
2. Makeup Sessions
2.1. Any sessions cancelled at least 24 hours ahead of the scheduled session will receive a make-up session at a time convenient to both the teacher and the student.
2.2. Make-up sessions not used after 3 months will be considered forfeited.
3.1. All fees are due in advance of the 1st session. Should you continue with your sessions, all fees are due prior to the 1st session in the next pack.
3.2. If payment is not made by your 1st session, your session time will be opened up for other clients.
3.3. There are NO REFUNDS on unused or cancelled sessions.
4. Holidays and Breaks
4.1. Exceptions will be made with respect to school breaks, Christmas, Religious and Bank Holidays. Please advise us as so on as you know you will have to miss a session due to these aforementioned breaks.
5. When We Cancel
5.1. In most cases, we will offer a makeup session when we need to cancel a session in advance. If it is not possible to agree on a convenient time for both us and the client, we will skip over that weeks session and resume the following week.
5.2. All payments will be pushed forward to compensate for the missed session.
